As your Realtor, I will;

     *Provide you with a website that links directly to the MLS so you can search just like and agent! My website also shows inventory of homes that haven't yet went live in the MLS! 

     *Teach you about the Home Buying Process (from earnest money to inspection to appraisal to walk throughs to close... and everything before, after and in between).

     *Schedule appointments for you to see all the properties in your search area that meet the criteria you are looking for in a home.

     *Negotiate on your behalf to get you the best price on the house you want to make your home!

     *Answer questions about the market that you want to buy your home in. (Schools, Neighborhoods, Economy, Entertainment, Restaurants, etc)
