Ice Castles! Ice Mazes! Ice Carvings! Polar Plunges! Oh My!!! What we don't do in Minnesota for fun!!! People in warm climates just might think we've lost our minds! BUT, what they don't know is that when you live here, embracing the cold is just so much more fun than fighting it!!!
