Here are the July #'s for 2022 as compared to July 2021.

Pending Sales decreased by 23% Closed Sales decreased by 20% Median Home Price increased 7% to $375...

Does a year really make that much of a difference? Let's take a look within the Minnetonka School District!

At the beginning of 2019, the median sales price was $477,000. At the end of 2019, the median sales price was $480,000. It doesn't appear to have changed a whole lot from start to finish. When you look at it month by month, you will see a bigger difference. The median sales price peaked in May at $493,000.
