The Real Estate Market in the Edina School District has appreciated quite a bit over the last few years! The median sales price at the start of 2020 was $543,000. At the start of 2023 the median sales price is just shy of $669,500! This is great appreciation!

The Real Estate Market in the Bloomington School District has appreciated quite a bit over the last few years! The median sales price at the start of 2020 was $280,000. At the start of 2023 the median sales price is just shy of $350,000! This is good appreciation! A great increase in equity!
