May 2023 Update

The Real Estate Market in the Hopkins School District has appreciated quite a bit over the last few years! The median sales price at the start of 2020 was $305,000. At the start of 2023 the median sales price is just shy of $360,000! This is great appreciation, but not quite as steep as it's neighbors to the west in the Minnetonka and Eden Prairie School District.

The median sales price of a single family home at the start of 2020 was $440,000 and at the start of 2023 the median sales price is just shy of $566,000! What has happened so far this year?
