Market Monday~ Eden Prairie School District~
The Real Estate Market in the Eden Prairie School District has appreciated quite a bit over the last few years! The median sales price at the start of 2020 was $360,000 and at the start of 2023 the median sales price is just shy of $460,000!

Burwell House Holiday Tours!

If you've never been, you should go! The Burwell House is on the National Registry of Historic Places! The regular tour season in June thru September, BUT, they are opening it up for self guided tours the Holiday Season for a few dates in November!
Sunday, November 13th - 27th from 1p-4p.
There is also an open house on Sunday December 4th from 1-4....
